About the mountain
The peak above Tirana, in Dajti National Park. The cable car climbs to the plateau at about 1,000 m; the summit is another 600 m higher.
Snow usually covers the high summits from November to May. The hiking season runs from June to September; summer afternoons often bring thunderstorms, so start early.
